Awareness can be hard to achieve, and harder to accept.
This is my first day and i start to realize just how much i waste time. There are things that took me a hour or more that should have not taken even half.
Really need to work on my focus, because these delays are due to distraction.
Also, my sleep is a bit of a mess. Have to pull the reigns on that, this “crash” ate dinner time is negative, i should have visited my grandmother.
